Bill Huminski

Bill Huminski brings a meticulous eye for detail and a hands-on approach to project management. With over 30 years of experience in construction management, Bill ensures that every SIR home features the sophisticated, upscale finishes found in multi-million-dollar properties. His expertise and dedication elevate the quality of every home in his SIR portfolio.

A Norwalk native, Bill began his career with ETM Construction before founding his own construction company in 1995, specializing in both spec and custom homes. He later spent 5 years as a project manager with Milton Development in Westport before joining SIR Development in 2012.

Bill currently resides in Easton with his wife and two children.
