Rafal Bojarski joined SIR Development in 2005 as a Framer, quickly earning a reputation for his attention to detail, reliability, and craftsmanship. His dedication and expertise led to his promotion to Project Manager in 2021, and he now oversees multiple new construction builds with precision and efficiency.
Originally from Poland, Rafal trained in cabinet carpentry before moving to the U.S. in 2004. He currently resides in Monroe with his wife and two children.
